She founded FRAME OF MIND after experiencing a traumatic brain injury and sustaining many falls, migraine headaches and broken bones. Her treatments of occipital injections, spinal nerve blocks, with a daily RX routine, were the norm. Three years later, her path to self-healing finally began with this ancient healing art.

She was trained by the Institute for Integral Qigong & Tai Chi™ (IIQTC) and now is a Certified Tai Chi Easy™, and Healer Within™ Medical Qigong Practice Leader. With over sixteen years in the education field, Stephanie holds a New York State Public School Teacher Level III TA Certification and specializes in mindful behavior management for children with special needs, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She especially enjoys working with our active-aging adults and hospital patients for self-health promotion, fall-prevention and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
